Occured for me too, while playing on Switch. And it is the Seamoth bay door which glitches for me too (not possible to repair), not the Prawn bay door, which worked fine. Will skip it now (while being a bit annoyed), as I have the Seamoth anyway including the Depth Module.It's usually best to not park it right at the depth limit since critters could push it lower and it will get crushed. It's also good to never park it right next to terrain or objects since it can clip into terrain and get stuck.
