At 6 they always don't unless you attack. That people say 6 confuses me. Only boss I encountered so far was tagilla and he attacked me when I was at ~ - 4 and walked past me when I went up to ~-2. it works on percentages, the higher ur rep the higher chance for the bosses to not attack, at six it’s guaranteed.

Always scaved on Reserve for rep and fast loot (each run took about 2-3 minutes). My Scav cooldown is now around 6 minutes with intelligence 3 and hideout management skill.
