My nirnhoned weapon does 1-2% more damage than my sharpened weapon. Nirnhoned/sharpened does significantly more damage than precise. Do not use precise for PVE or PVP. Also, make sure you put different Enchantments on each sword. Like a Fire Glyph on one and a Frost Glyph on the other.
