I believe the NBOME scores the COMAT with mean of 100 and a SD of 10. Each school is different on what they do with this score. For example my school subtracts 20 from the NBOME score, making the mean an 80, and uses that as a part of the overall rotation grade.

Yea, my highest NBME score was 255, my UWorld Avg was 81%. 668 COMSAE, FBS COMAT score was 99th percentile. But they definitely did make them harder - all the schools are adjusting their min passing score because of it. I took an old one and a new one.
