So you can't do without the improved bench, but you can do without the Garrison you just pay a bit more in materials. Go with improved. Improved provides 25% cost reduction, garrison 50%, I'm tempted to say.

Nah. Armor doesnt give % hp anymore. Its flat hp. Like 48 max i think on most full sets. You wouldnt get a full swing of dmg protection for vit armor on a thrall anymore. Its points for everything but cuncussion and follower dmg on yourr armor alone i believe. You should really look at what you are talking about.
