Much better to use after BGS or DWH spec. Fang just overall very consistent though. Just finished doing 250 kril KC w arclight and that thing absolutely shreds (Im 99 atk), even without DWH. Since its 4 tick its easier to 2:1 than fang. Fang will have more consistent kill times but arclight will have a lower floor.
