I just had this problem and found the solution today all you do is once you get your new card call them get it activated go to the Amazon anytime pay app transfer just $1 to your old wisely card there will not be another option it won't go through after it gets rejected your new card number will pop up then you can transfer again without calling anyone... Your pay will be deposited in the same account that it has been going to again unless you did the above ⬆️ When you transfer money from “anytime pay” then that transfers to the Wisely card and usually transferred to the card within minutes. For anytime pay it's transferred within minutes.
