Posted July 2, 2017. There's 2 chests that appear on the map that are the equivalent of the deep see loot caches. One's found in the ocean, and one on land. Also inside both the jungle and ice caves are an area where there's a bunch of red loot caches that drop items from the sea cache loot table.
