NYCOM has an advantage of location AND it's cheaper. NYC has plenty of opportunities. I am from the Northeast, so my opinion may be biased. Since tuition isn't that much different between the two ($5k a year difference,) go to the school you feel more comfortable with, and consider the location and rotations.

The only negatives I have are the large class size, which can be a bit cumbersome, and the tuition, which is high. Cost of living is ridiculous too. The clinical rotations are one of the finest in the country though, for both quantity and quality.
