Coolcicada's PPL is a great routine for aesthetics. Do keep in mind that during a cut, you won't be making much progress when it comes to weight lifted (always track weight & reps!), unless you're only just starting out. I follow a very slightly modified version and absolutely love it.

It's a program that works for me so far, so I'll stick it with for now. That being said, I occasionally see PPL hate in this forum. Being as in running the program, I'm wondering why and if there is any credence.
