Born October 21, 1961, in Chambersburg, PA she was a daughter of the late Maurice "June" and Mary (Barnhart) Lowans. Chris was a graduate of James Buchanan High School, Mercersburg. She was employed for the past 17 years at Letterkenny Army Depot. A memorial service will be held at Lininger-Fries Funeral in Mercersburg, PA, on Saturday July 7, 2018 at 1PM with Pastor Ron Martin-Minnich officiating. There will visitation for friends and family from 11AM -1PM prior to the service. A gathering will take place after the service at the Mercersburg Legion Post 517.Martin and Alan T.
