Ok you won me over lol just bought a 2tb 2.5" drive and a slim hard drive caddy off eBay. I'll FTP the: Apps, Cache, Content, GAMES, launch.ini, xbdm.ini and xbdm.xex folders/files over to my PC, remove the 320gb drive it came with and put it aside, install and format the new 2tb drive, and follow tutorials #1 through #3 on the link you sent me.

And remember, if you ever mess up the launch.ini file and the console doesn't boot, just create an empty note, name it launch.ini (not launch.ini.txt, careful with that) and save it on the root of the usb, plug it into the Xbox and boot.
