That jingle you always hear on the radio is now on television. Kars4Kids first TV commercial ever.Commercials come on and BLAM- but they're still at a normal level compared to other networks/channels and my external devices. I'm pretty sure there are laws or regs in the US concerning commercial ad volume, and this is the way shitty channels get around it.
