The S95B is the new QD-OLED panel that Samsung made. It is supposed to be capable if brighter colors. Which in some peoples opinions is what held OLED back. Sony believes in the technology and has bought panels from Samsung and put them in their new A95k. As to Dolby or HDR10 being better its probably preference.
