A quick way of getting a good amount of Couch Potato seeds is farming Splithoof Barbarians, located in Savarstaad Pass in Grizzleheim. After about 7-15 battles I have gotten a seed. It might not be the best drop rate but they have really low health and you can kill them really quickly with an aoe.The mega snacks aren't 100% at elder but my noob accounts first harvest from 20 of the normal bread fruit bush I got 9 golden wheat bread. If you cant access Mirage yet, you can alternatively buy Prickly Bear Cactus seeds from the merchant in Krokotopia (for gold).
