if I'm correct, with the change to Whisper of Hedrons giving +3 tiers to mobility, recovery, and resilience, along with the stasis Stat increases and the dragon shadows +5 to mobility, I have reached the pinnacle of armor endgame, with technically having 5 100 stats.
