uBlock with the vaft script has been working perfectly for me, no ads since Twitch's latest update. If you have TTV LOL or Twitch Adblock, disable those extensions - Twitch's latest update broke them. Edit: Vaft is still working for me, but others have reported it as broken. Try all the different solutions until you find one that works for you.
