But I think the Thickets Excavations really takes the cake in this for the following reasons; You have to do a unique quest to have the area drained from water. You have to wait for some time for the area to be succesfully drained. If this applies to all your items while you've applied a vanilla legendary effect it could be related to a mod conflict. Those can usually be fixed by moving CF further down in your load order.
