You can certainly finish the game with WW and/or crafted gear. Once you do the Mount Olympus quest it automatically opens up the next one for Atlantea and then Tartarus once you complete Atlantea. I believe the level requirement removal also glitched Grizzleheim as well so if you happen to encounter any issues getting into Grizzleheim that would be why. I think the above posters may have gotten Atlantea and Tartarus confused. Tartarus is the level 90+ dungeon. Tartarus holds all 3 "major" Aquila bosses (Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades) as well as the side boss, Cronus.
