1. Posted June 20, 2019. I also got stuck on this; what you need to do is enter one of the "Ramparts" (don't destroy them!). Press x to get inside. Once you're inside, shoot at the big enemy ship lingering in the sky. This will quickly take it down. Once you shoot it down, extraction can begin.
