We've had service techs out to the house three separate times now. First time they replaced our old, dated modem. Second time they replaced coax from the pole to the house. What I have noticed is that when I first reboot the modem, my machine gets 192.168.100.10 as its IP address (but 192.168.100.1 doesn't respond at this time).
