Those charts both have link as a Falco winning matchup while all link mains have it link-favored or I think just one has it as even. A local player of ours created a "Gimmick" tier. It was a tier of characters that are high tier if you don't know the matchup, but low tier if you do. In it he had characters like G&W, WFT, and Pac Man. I personally feel like that's the best way to categorize characters like those at this point in the meta. High tier, until you know the matchup.
