OTOH, the P17 is lighter, more compact, and is very reliable and accurate with CCI Mini Mags. I love the easy P17 takedown. The P17 goes almost everywhere I go. By construction, the P17 does not use standard industry cuts for optics, and unless some manufacturer wants to take a chance, aftermarket night sights are going to be gunsmith conversions rather DIY with a press/punch.
