Paint witness marks on the robot so that if the robot isn't at home you can get it close and then perform quick master. 2). Single axis master. SRDY OFF means the software is not happy. My guess is it is in the configuration. I'll have to double check tomorrow but I'm pretty sure your hardware start should be 7 (six axis robot so then the next axis is 7) and your brake is 1 because it is connected to the six axis servo amp and not a separate brake board.
