Visually I think Fallout 3 has aged better. The Capitol Wasteland is a better setting for the technical limitations of the time. I was disappointed by the presentation of the casinos. Third person/ VATS glitch. So Fallout New Vegas (and 3 too) will randomly switch me to a 3rd person viewpoint and I can't switch back to first person. I think you can play the whole game in third person and first person. you switch the view by pressing LB. It starts off in first person but can be switched to third person.
