Added October 31st Last week, we released some top-level ideas for how we'd like to expand Combat Achievements and we've been incredibly pleased with the response so far! Our primary focus was on the potential new rewards, and we also floated the idea of a points-based system that players have been asking about for quite some time.
Players with 33 Combat Achievement points may claim the easy tier rewards by speaking to Ghommal by the entrance to the Warriors' Guild. These points do not necessarily have to be earned from tasks listed on this page, and can be earned from completing tasks from a higher tier. Every task related to Obor and greater demons can be completed without membership. Only 12 free-to-play tasks can be completed without access to the protection prayers. Similar to Achievement Diaries, Combat Achievements are split into different tiers, steadily increasing in difficulty. There are a lot of bosses and monsters within Old School, so unlike Achievement Diaries' four tiers, Combat Achievements will have a whopping six – Easy, Medium, Hard, Elite, Master and Grandmaster.
