Let's say you cast booming blade. Part of that spell is an attack with a melee weapon. If the attack fulfills the requirements, you can activate Sneak Attack. Booming blade requires a melee attack, so as long as you have advantage, it's a finesse weapon, or any of the other conditions, then yes.
