Infinity Anki was based off of the Cheesy Dorian. However, the vast majority of these cards were redesigned to make them more concise and easier to learn. Anking's step 2 deck relies too heavily on memorising random cards with no prior review of the subject imo (unlike Anking's Step1 deck which was really great and organised by videos). I finished almost all of the flashcards in the AnKing Overhaul deck, except for maybe 1000-2000 cards that I decided were not relevant or otherwise duplicated. I used other sources: Boards and Beyond, Pathoma, Sketchy, Uworld Step 1 Qbank, and about 500 questions of AMBOSS towards the end.
correct me if wrong but Anking’s step 2 may have started tagging by BnB step 2 within the deck. I would watch bnb and do the anking cards just because it is more complete. If you are not going to use anything BUT BnB then I would look for a lightyear for step 2. I didn’t know there was one 🙃. I prefer cards made from the source material ...
