At first I did not know where the "disband party" button was. I researched shortly and then, I found the damn button. The e1.8.0 UI was really new to me. Now, when I found the disband party button. You need be out of city/village/castle. Then you speak with them via Clan menu, ask about their services and ask them to leave.
