2 years ago. If phone was delivered to you, but you repackaged it to reship to someone else and then it is lost, then no AT&T will not replace the phone. It was delivered to you after all. Now if it was lost before it got to you in the first place, that is another matter. Reporting a lost/stolen phone, here is their support page for more info.
