It happens to me maybe once or twice a week, not sure why it does this. Sometimes it downloads an update for the Blizzard Launcher itself, and if it's non-critical, won't try to update until you open the launcher again. In my experience, the only time the Blizzard launcher asks/UACs is when it's updating itself, not the games.After new admin account, OS updates, re-install of certificate, hard delete of the Battle.NET app folder, verifying OS file integrity, disabling security software… THIS is the one that solved my problem.

I would like to know why battle.net needs to run so many of the exact same processes in the background on my machine.
