Since you're at 63 mining, I would recommend doing all the motherlode mine that you'll want to - in order of importance, I would do upper level -> full prospector -> coal bag -> gem bag. Personally, I really don't like MLM so the rest of my mining has been mostly shooting stars, blast mining, and iron in the mining guild.
