Today I got the exciting news that I successfully completed my NCLEX-RN exam on my first attempt ( insert ugly cry here ). I completed 74 questions in under an hour. I attempted the PVT (Pearson VUE trick) about 5 hours after I completed the exam as many of my peers have had success with this trick. I got the dreaded “bad” pop up about my ... Jul 28, 2016. I wanted to know if the Pearson Vue trick is still accurate! I graduated in December last month, and just took my NCLEX exam today. I had 75 questions with around 25-30 select all and i did the PVT 2x and got the good pop up both times once after i got the email that i finished and then again a few hours later.Just wanted to write this in the hopes to maybe keep people who took their nclex and saw the bad pop up from being discouraged. The PVT certainly has its uses for many but when I saw the bad pop up in my scenario I was super sad and got pessimistic very quickly despite thinking I did fine after finishing the nclex.

Took the NCLEX yesterday, cut off at 85 and got the good pop up. I didn’t think it was too bad. Most of my questions were stand alone and only a handful of SATA. The case studies were all straight forward and not too difficult. Since the test was on a Saturday I don’t expect the quick results until Monday.

I have seen more people say if they got the good pop up after 24 hours, it's almost never wrong. But your test is scored twice. So if it's done before 24 hours, it may be wrong. It was surely wrong for me. I did every single step correctly. I did it at a few hours after and a few more times. I got the bad pop up 40 hours post test.

I took my NCLEX exam yesterday (6/22) and the computer shut off at 115 questions. During the exam I took three breaks. At 30q, 60q, and the recommended 3.5 hour break. The exam took me around 4 hours to complete. When I was packing up to leave the centre, i ripped open my phone bag and the lady didn’t see it.
