AFAIK, they did not remove it. Haven’t tried the Shlooter personally though. You can still unlock stuff with keys in there. I unlocked 1 Shlooter in Arms Races to try it out. I really only got a couple of good world drop legendaries. I didn't have buttstalloon milk/loot boost on either. And plus, when you re-roll the Shlooter, you get extra passive stat boosts on the second and subsequent ones, unlike the first roll which just has the base +1000%/12s. I got an Asbestos Shlooter for my re-roll, which added +28% rad damage, +43% corrosion resist & +43% incindiary resist. Thanks for this.
