Ecumenopolis is also nice, so it depends on your current needs by the looks of it. Ecumenopoles are nice. First the Relic World get you a research boost, later on they make proper factory planets. They're as easy as it gets, sizes ranging 15 to 25. Just clear the blockers. Acrology Ascension is a royal pain. As opposed to an Ecumenopoles you have to fully develop them before conversion becomes an option.

Its extremely good at making tons of alloys. So if you get one of those as a hive mind keep it as it is. hive are nice for raw resources, ecu are for alloy mostly. Basically its a massive forge.
