The game right now is low quality volume on your cv. Desperately needs to change to emphasize a few high quality publications, and being first or second author or 2+ in a high impact journal. Having more than 15 in derm specific pubs/abstracts just feels super dirty and at baseline I wouldn’t trust that person. But it is what it is.
