Does anyone know why the phone doesn't activate sometimes on Dirty Ice stealth? If you go into the basement and scan the documents, you can blackmail the manager into coming back and letting you into the scanner room by interacting with the phone. No idea why, but the phone hasn't been activating anymore on my recent attempts at this heist.2 reasons: 1: accidentally bought as public. 2: private isn't working for some reason for the millionth time, and instead of doing thousands of resets, rebuys, game resets, and host changes, I'm just gonna go public cause for some reason it rarely has issues beyond desync/disconnect. Personally, i don't think it's a cheat, as you have a slower XP gain with it, so if you really wanted to be on the XP grind, you'd be faster resetting to level 0 constantly. It's more for the players that just want to have fun, and consider infamying a secondary objective.
