The Talis weapon attack, attacks independent of you, while recovering PP. I toss that out and then start shooting the beam. It gives you an extra second or two of PP regen, while firing. Also, I just replaced the Launcher Normal Attack with the Talis. Sure, you do less damage, but the PP recovery is super fast.
