Peace equalizer not working.

I recently bought a Dell XPS 15 and it had windows 11 pre-stalled. I installed Equalizer APO and Peace however, in order to have an effect on the audio, I had to turn on the "Enhance Audio" feature which makes my headphones (Bose 700) sound like ass. I have noticed for some others Windows 11 doesn't work without one of the other options (e.g SFX/EFX). Perhaps try open the configurator and select trouble-shooter checkbox and try to set SFX/EFX (or MFX) for both your input and output device. Last edit: Matthew M 2022-01-11. Some people on this forum have reported that GraphicEQ doesn't work properly. That's because convolution isn't working. Power off E-APO, apply the .reg (double click), transfer the config files. In peace there is an equalizer which looks very similar to the graphic EQ in APO and by adjusting that one the changes work and I do not get the high-pitch sound/buzz nor the erratic behaviour of the speakers (I attached a screenshot of what I mean).That means Equalizer APO is not seeing it as Peace is only an interface.
