The nx4500 takes 4 quarts. But you wil NOT want to use that fluid. there is only 1 fluid that is ok for the syncros in the NV4500, Castrol Syntorque. You an get it ad the Dodge dealer, but it was a little cheaper at the Chevy dealer when I priced it. Go to a dealer and explain to them that you need fluid for an NV4500 trans.
