Nerfed the human damage slightly to a 1.2 instead of a 1.3 and bleed to a 1.5 instead of 1.8. Gave it an indoor penalty of -2 due to length but still less of a penalty than the nodachi. The seed in my game NEVER generates a recruitable skeleton in Mongrel ever. It's likely if you import, he'll show up again. It's also possible the game seed is now generating Foto.
