Mentors. Offer one-to-one support to young people and their families, to improve their lives. Meet regularly with their young person at school or at one of our hubs, typically over a 6 month period. Offer motivation, guidance and encouragement to reach an agreed set of goals such as improving school attendance or improving relationships at home.
