The first time you get hooked, you have 3 times a 4% chance to unhook yourself. However trying this reduces your hook timer by 20 seconds each time you do. If you use the perk Deliverance, get a safe unhook on another survivor to activate the perk. Once you get hooked, you have a 100% chance to unhook yourself.

Killers get a lot of BP (especially Michael Myers), but it takes forever for killers to find games, so.... it might not be the most efficient way to gain BP ...
