Imo azata was taken in a wrong direction as a chaotic good path. Demon hordes are attacking, people are eating each other alive, sky is raining either blood or eyeballs and here you are singing songs, playing flute and sculpting. How on earth are you the leader of a organized crusade is beyond me. 11.
In terms of pure spellcasting, probably the Azata. Gold Dragon removes a few of your mythic powers and part of the benefits change your spell damage to Divine. If you went, say, Fire Elemental, Gold Dragon, and Brass Bloodline for Fire damage, you're giving up the second dragon bloodline and all the damage benefits from changing spell damage to ... Dragon feats can't get the trickster crit line which is disappointing. Gold dragon form is just dragonkind 3. Half dragon form doesn't appear to be in the game which pelts it down a notch (or maybe I'm an idiot idk.) And worst of all mythic rank 10 kills elemental barrage, at least theres only 2 enemies left at that point.
I would make the Golden Dragon Path an earlier choice in the game but it would be renamed just Dragon Mythic Path. Make Aivu your guide to dragons. Then have cool thematic mythic dragon abilities/passives from multiple dragon types. Then at the final choice, you choose to become a Golden Dragon and get permanent golden dragon form.

If you do lose eveything a good thing about the trickster is that perception 2 trick unlock the improved improved critical feats, so if you take those before going into golden dragon, you wouldn't lose them since they are not technicaly part of the mythic path. I can't decide between a ray caster, melee sorcerer or sword saint (gish), or some kind of natural attacker/shapeshifter.
