There are a bunch of simple fixes for the Glock "Pig Nose" and there are several youtube videos on fixing it including this one: The FTE is the only real problem with it and it may be that the gun just doesn't like that ammo. My nephew's Kimber 1911 doesn't like Winchester White Box (FTE issues) but other similar loads work fine.

However if you compare the same year .357sig barrels vs .40 barrels (on Glocks) you may notice the feed ramp is relieved quite a bit more on the .40.
