I've been a fan of the new GC squad. Aptly named the Dapper Squad, and I have found out that after doing 10 dungeon runs/command missions I got the emotes: /squats, /pushups, /situps, /breathcontrol.

As for why SE doesn't add emotes for them, there likely needs to be demand for it. Despite it being a rather effortless task, it's still something someone has to do and it needs to be put in the game one way or another. I make due with squatting myself during crafting macros. I'm currently levelling dps.
