Nord in Skyrim, Imperial in Oblivion, Dark Elf in Morrowind, Redguard in Daggerfall, and Breton in Arena (since Daggerfall contains Hammerfell + High Rock and Imperials weren't playable). Then picking classes most applicable to the race's bonus.
