if you're looking for a cheap and strong bow to early game dungeons, consider the Machine Gun Bow. An epic one from the AH can do 150k damage with ease, ofc all hpb and 5 stars. Runaan is a sorta nice choice, though it's sort of the same to a Hurricane Bow which shoots 5 arrows instead of 3. Hurricane can't be starred though.
