Chronal Shift is Portent-lite (2x/day), and Temporal Awareness gives a bonus to initiative based on INT. mod. On the other hand, Divination Wizard provides Portent (which stacks with the Lucky feat). If your adventure isn't going to level 20, then either of these 2 subclasses could make for a plausible dip.

The Chronurgy Magic Wizard (or Chronurgist) is a subclass from the Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount. As the name implies, this subclass is themed around time manipulation. It manages to do a good job of sticking to the theme with its features without going too far off the rails. It’s not going to start time traveling or anything like that.
