Today since the update i've killed him 40+ times. i've gotten about 4 Redlines and 0 Hellwalkers. I also haven't seen him drop cash at all and I think he's dropped like 10 ammo boxes total.

TBH you get basically ANY legendary weapon that is even B tier and you will absolutely dominate with it off mayhem levels because everything is balanced around M10/11 and can only scale down so far.
